We have just learned that the Appeal Court has granted HUD its request for a Stay, which means that as of now, the 2026 NOFO is back on. The timeline outlined in the original NOFO won't work, so HUD will have to notify us of the new timeline. HUD will also have to re-activate its ESNAPS portal before we can access the application form(s).
We will pass along information and links as it becomes available.
