FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and YHDP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO); CPD-2600-DC-0025
The local competition is OPEN effective july 8th, 2026
Projects will be submitted directly through E-snaps, which will notify the SJC CoC Collaborative Applicant.
HUD expects E-snaps to open to the public no later than July 14th, 2026. The SJC CoC will notify email subscribers of when E-snaps opens for project applicants.
The deadline for project submissions is SUNDAY 7/26/2026 - 8:00pm EST
After submitting applications through esnaps, all project applicants are requested to immediately save & download their full application to email to the Collaborative Applicant staff by the same deadline outlined above. Send an email delivery receipt and read receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to the address of the submittal.
